I highly recommend Allen Norris if you are looking for someone who does excellent work and is trustworthy and honest. Allen has done work for me a few times, but each time, I feel that he is always most interested in building a good customer relationship. There are many HVAC services who will use a desperate situation to take advantage of a customer, but this is NOT who Allen is. He will help find a solution to your problem without charging you for services and equipment that you don't need. Thank you Allen.

Allen was a God send when it came to installing my mini split in my mother in law suite. I thought I could just throw that bad boy up and do it myself. And took a peek, and immediately noped out and called a professional. He was quick, knowledgeable and gave amazing input on the model I bought. Definitely will be using him again for my ac troubles!

It is about trust! I met Alan 20 years ago when my AC unit died. He was referred to me from a family friend. We did not have the money to replace the unit so he gave us the option for an interest free payment plan. That helped us tremendously. Fast forward to many years later, we have had several houses because we became landlords. Well, he serviced all of our homes. Why? Because he was always honest and dependable. I had a home in Dahlonega where my daughter was a student at UNG. She had 3 roommates. It was summer and the AC died. Al showed up at 10 pm in the evening to fix their AC! I asked him why he did not wait to fix it the next day and he said “I did not want the girls to be uncomfortable in this heat!”And that is who he is. He has on many occasions come to fix my units at night or weekends to help Make sure we are ok. He truly cares about his customers. My parents and many members of my family use him. Repeat business and referrals says it all! You can NOT go wrong using Al and his awesome crew! He is a man of integrity which is hard to find these days! And additionally, his prices are honest and fair. I only trust Al and his team with my heat and air needs!

Mr. Norris is an exceptional businessman and human being. Before my husband and I moved to Alabama he was our go to HVAC guy for nearly a decade. He was always there to answer our questions, be there for us in emergencies, and help us in anyway that he could. It’s obvious that he truly cares about people and providing quality service. He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers. 10/10 I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting HVAC maintenance with excellent customer service!

What a great experience from the very beginning. I’ve used Allen and his team every time that we’ve lived in The Atlanta metro area. It’s such a relief to know that the HVAC system is in his hands.
